Our business is based in the US. We currently only ship to the US. Items are shipped through USPS. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email about your order. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days. After your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

We are able to change an order before processing by canceling the current order and having you place a new one for the correct item, so if you catch a 

mistake in an order before you receive the processing notification email, then we can cancel the current order.

Due to inventory management, we are unable to offer direct exchanges for items that are undamaged.
